U11 boys and girls competitive teams will play in the Highland District Soccer League.
Games are played throughout the Highland District, including Antigonish, New Glasgow and Truro.
Travel is required and it is the responsibility of the players and parents/guardians.
This program will include one to two practices per week and a weekly scheduled game (home/away).
Teams may participate in tournaments outside of league play.
All games played in this division will not keep score. This decision was made as a part of Canada’s Long Term Player Development (LTPD) plan, which focuses on skill development and having fun, while diminishing the focus on winning.
Tryouts for this division are required.
Tryout schedules and expectations will be communicated to players and parents/guardians by the coaches.
*Players must be registered with the U11/U13 CO-ED House League Program and paid with GCU in order to attend try-outs*
*Players that make this team will be required to pay an additional fee of $100. This fee is to cover additional costs such as Highland Soccer League fees, insurance, field bookings, referees, tournaments, etc.
